Answers to Commonly Asked Questions About Chlorine Dioxide ("MMS")
How to take, when to take, and what not to take it with.
While Chlorine Dioxide, otherwise known as “MMS” in alternative health circles, has long been used in a mainstream capacity as a disinfectant for restaurants, hospitals, and municipal water supplies, it has also been used in the underground health community as a personal disinfectant and pathogen oxidizer in and on the body.
I became familiar with Chlorine Dioxide (Cl02) for health improvement purposes in 2012 when I met people who were using it as a supplemental treatment for cancer, heavy metal poisoning, and other health issues. Since that time I have researched Chlorine Dioxide in depth and have used it myself for general cleaning and disinfecting, along with occasional ingestion for body cleansing. In this Substack article I detail more about my history with learning and using Chlorine Dioxide, how I have been censored by Big Tech and attacked by the mainstream media over the years for my promotion of it, and link some resources for further education on exactly how Chlorine Dioxide works to kill pathogens in our body in a safe, effective manner. The Universal Antidote is a great documentary for the beginner.
Here are a list of common questions I see and receive regarding Chlorine Dioxide, including how and when to use it, along with common misunderstandings often associated with the compound:
(NOTE: this is not medical advice. Do your own research and/or seek the advice of a knowledgeable, non-brainwashed physician before making big decisions regarding your health.)
→ But [insert government or media website] says it’s a dangerous, toxic bleaching compound?
Anything can be dangerous or toxic if taken foolishly. As the phrase goes, “toxicity is dependent on the dose”. Even drinking water can be deadly if one drinks too much, too fast. People have died drinking too much water before, for example a Sacramento radio station held a “hold your wee for a Wii” contest in 2007 where contestants drank as much water as they could before peeing to win a video game console, and one contestant died from “water intoxication” - drinking 2 gallons in 3 hours flushed the electrolytes from her body, causing swelling in the brain/nervous system and ultimately killing her.
Back to Chlorine Dioxide, yes, it can most definitely be toxic if taken in high amounts or in foolish ways. Mainstream Media and Big Pharma sources will typically call it a toxic death bleach and point to the levels used in industrial facilities to show how deadly it is, when the levels used in industry are far greater and more potent than the small amounts used by individuals for health purposes. Disingenuous reporting.
When using Chlorine Dioxide internally, the amounts are very small, usually a single drop or two (1-2 milliliters) at a time. Even a half drop (1/2 ml) can be taken when starting out to assess tolerance. And I make sure to mix up my Cl02 drops in a well ventilated area, trying not to breathe in too much of the off-gassing Cl02.
Lastly, it goes to note that Chlorine Dioxide can be found as an active ingredient in many dental products and potable water tablets used by hikers and survivalists. If Chlorine Dioxide was such a toxic, deathly substance, why do these ingestible products have Cl02 as an active ingredient? I see no mainstream media hit pieces about that! The answer is: because it is safe at small doses - only when someone starts talking about using Cl02 internally for health reasons do the propagandists screech with their misconstrued narratives.
→ Can I take it with [insert supplement or food]?
My usual thought process on this is: no. I find it’s best to use Chlorine Dioxide on an empty stomach, 1-2 hours away from, before or after, any other sources of food or drink (besides water).
Chlorine Dioxide is an oxidant, so you don’t want to take any anti-oxidants around the time of Cl02, as they will neutralize each other (such as foods containing Vitamin A or C). We want the Cl02 going after the pathogens and cancerous cells in the body, not the anti-oxidants we just ate.
So if only taking Cl02 once per day, I think it’s best to schedule a 2-4 hour fasted window with no food/drink where the drops are taken right in the middle of this timeframe. This could be first thing in the morning or later in the evening. If doing a protocol where drops need to be taken every hour, I usually just fast for this longer window, and plan to eat my daily food rations on whichever side of the day I’m not intaking the Cl02 drops.
→ How do I take it?
Fairly simple: get a clean glass, mix one drop of “Part A” (28% Sodium Chlorite) and one drop of “Part B” (either 50% Citric Acid or 4% Hydrochloric Acid solution), let sit for about 30 seconds to let the chemical reaction take place to “activate” (Part A and B reacting together to make Cl02), and the viola, you have made one drop of Cl02. I mix some water into the solution, and I drink! 2 drops of Part A + 2 drops of Part B = 2 drops of Cl02, 3 drops A + 3 drops B = 3 drops Cl02, and so on.
Remember, Cl02 is a gas, which is why most people mix up the drops every time they take them, otherwise the gas will dissipate after a few minutes and the liquid just made will become inert. There are ways to make a stable Chlorine Dioxide Solution (CDS) in a large jug whereby the potency will last all day and you don’t have to activate the solution every time you want to drink it - biophysicist Andreas Kalcker has good videos online explaining the process to make CDS. These videos will have to be found on Rumble, as YouTube is not friendly to this subject.
→ How much should I take?
Very difficult to answer because this depends on personal situation and personal goals. Some use it everyday, others use it when needed. I find myself in the latter camp, only using it when needed.
What I can do is offer my own experience - I have used a “maintenance dose” of 5 drops of Cl02 once per day, and did this for a few weeks . I may do this routine once per year during a yearly cleansing phase. And the most Cl02 I have taken at once is 20 drops, and I felt just fine. Granted, this was at a point in my life where I was very healthy, so there probably wasn’t much to oxidize in my body. Others would likely not be able to handle that much at once. I don’t know if I could these days!
Some people do deeper protocols of a few drops (2-3) multiple times per day. This would be better for deeper cleansing and healing purposes. Further explanation below.
→ What’s the best protocol to use?
Much like the answer above, this varies widely based on user preference and needs.
I find the once-per-day “maintenance doses” to work best for myself, but I have never used or needed deeper protocols of Cl02 (thankfully). If I were to ever do or need a deeper protocol, I would probably do the “3 drops of Cl02 per hour, every hour, for 8 hours per day, for 3 weeks” schedule. This is sometimes called “Protocol 1000”, developed years ago by the late Cl02 expert Jim Humble. Humble developed some other protocols that mix internal and topical use, and vary in the amount of drops and how many times taken per day. Information on his protocols can be found on the mmsinfo.org webpage, at the top left under the “Protocols” section. More information can also be found on Jim Humble’s website, and this neat Chlorine Dioxide forum. Highly suggest Jim Humble’s MMS Health Recovery Guidebook.
→ Can I use it with DMSO?
Yes, I have used the combination of Cl02 with DMSO before.
DMSO (Dimethyl sulfoxide) is a strong solvent that helps the Cl02 get into the body through the skin, so this combination is generally used for topical application of Cl02 - getting the Cl02 in and around the surface of the body to oxidize the bad bugs/cells close to or on the skin.
Reminder: since DMSO is a solvent, make sure your hands and the application area are very clean.
→ Where can I find Chlorine Dioxide kits?
There are a few manufacturers of Cl02 kits out there, unfortunately some have fallen off over the years due to FDA/government scrutiny.
A company I have partnered with that keeps their stuff 💯 is called OnenessDrops, they make kits with both the 50% Citric Acid and 4% Hydrochloric Acid activators (personal preference on whichever one you want to use, some say making Cl02 with the HCl is better, and they may be right. I have always made it with the Citric Acid myself).
+ right now Oneness is having a Buy One Get One FREE sale for the month of June! (also applies to their Mullein and Soursop extracts, too)

Hey, Thanks for sharing! 👍🏻😎 Tis’ much appreciated.
All useless information if you bought into this and got CDS!
No two parts no mixing. How do you know if its the same parts per million? Bought a bunch, now sits useless. I do not do Telegram so everywhere else I asked they all say go there. Even downloaded the Universal antidote, useless also because its all about MMS. Sigh. The fricken internet.
