This is a very well written, and concise article. Professionals don’t do it any better imo, Jordan. Good job dude.

Thanks for that Jordan, several valid points. When I came through med school 20 years ago, there was no real attention given to supplements, that could be different now, but that was the case then. But not just supplements, but the extensive processing of the foods in our diet. As to medical studies, some time was spent on encouraging some effort to determine the validity of a study, and consider the sources, potential biases, but I am likely as guilty there as with the clickbait, that takes time, and I know I don't always give it the time I should.

Everytime you eat eggs for breakfast, Kellogg's loses money. That is a fact they don't want you to know. The reason they can't decide if eggs are good or bad is because competing factions are sponsoring these studies. When the cereal companies pay for these studies, eggs always have to be bad.

Cereal is a processed food, and therefore all of it is bad for you. When whole grains are heated up to such high temperatures, it destroys the grains. Some say, this makes the grains toxic. The nutrients have to be added back in. Boxes used to say "reduced iron" because they are simply shaving blocks of iron into the cereal. If you have a really strong magnet, you can separate these shavings from your cereal. Isn't it fascinating that we call the most sugar filled cereals, "kids cereal"? Michael Obama was a joke of a nutritional leader, and merely moved foot around our plates like an anorexic. He failed to tell parents that cereal is not a nutritional part to your child's day. Indeed, our children struggle with obesity and sugar addiction than can lead to other chemical addictions, and our medical system does not care to notice. They reward cereal companies by placing them on the Wic program.

Finally, look up the history of cereal. The original Mr. Kelloggs designed these to be void of nutrients on purpose. He advocated for medical abuse of mental health patients, because he felt they had no right to their own bodies. He decided that by starving them, he could reduce their energy levels, and their amorous behavior. That is how corn flakes came into existence because of a puritanical and inhumane man. Then he noticed that if he added sugar, lots more Americans will eat his product.

The news articles trashing "QAnon" are intentional and disinformation.President Trump(Q+)gave me Q clearance four years ago in the QResearch back channel.I downloaded and archived all the"declassified" documents and files.I spent painful and sleepless nights, researching and archiving all the "declassified" information.I have been viciously attacked and persecuted for exposing the truth. It took courage exposing Nancy Pelosi, in the underground rooms of Epstein island, caught on security camera ch11.It took courage exposing all the names of government"swamp" and hollywood "elite" in Epstein's flight log.I'm not a conspiracy theorist or a domestic terrorist.I am a disabled American patriot.I was chosen to serve my country in a military intelligence operation. There are many spreading misinformation and creating their own narratives, for fame and profit. The "swamp" got caught and we have everything.President Trump told me to trust the plan and justice is coming🦁🇺🇸John 3:16 Revelations 5:5

I was thinking they are trying to skew the blame for the jab. Heart attacks and blood clots killing young people from eggs or the jab? 🤔

Excellent analysis, Jordan. For years there has been an effort to demonize eggs because of cholesterol being bad for you - another false myth designed to push statin drugs. It should also be noted that "clickbait" sites are often intelligence operations designed to create false narratives and confuse the public. They dispense some truths mixed in with some ridiculous stuff in order to cast doubt on the real. In fact, the Keanu Reeves article about Hollywood elites using the blood of babies to get high may be just such an example. Adrenochrome is a real thing. It was even mentioned in the 1998 movie "Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas" adapted from Hunter S. Thompson's 1971 novel of the same name. It is apparently the drug of choice for those who are "in the club".

If you redefine "clickbait" as "fake news" or "twisted news" or "news with an agenda" then you must realize it has been with us since the first newspaper headline was printed, thence magnified by ALL forms of media. When the internet became widespread it was yet another opportunity to SELL more "twisted news". As far as "twisted research", that too has been with us for centuries. The more things change the more they stay the same...
