Is the United States a Corporation? Dissecting the Organic Act of 1871 and "650 planes bringing back Vatican gold"

Trump sharing Dr. Jan Halper-Hayes' news segment set the truth movement on fire

On August 3rd, Dr. Jan Halper-Hayes appeared on the GBNews network discussing the recent indictments of President Trump. She made some astute observations during the segment, such as the suggestion that Trump is going to have subpoena power in this criminal case and be able to bring evidence of election fraud to court.

But those statements weren’t what really made this clip go viral in the truth community. What did included a claim she made at 1 minute mark that “Joe Biden is president of the bankrupt U.S. corporation, and that was a treaty in 1871”, another discussing the Space Force involved in tracking election fraud, and the allegation that “650 planes were involved in removing our gold from the Vatican". Where did the hear these things, and what’s the veracity behind them?

When I first came across this clip and listened to it, I had some uneasy intuition. I felt that she was well-meaning, but her delivery of her opinion regarding the “U.S. Corporation” the other statement about the Vatican gold brought thoughts that I was listening to a clickbait podcast from Charlie Ward and Derek Johnson. The narratives she spoke of sounded quite similar to theirs.

Dr. Jan Halper-Hayes also mentioned in the interview that she “sits on a Department of Defense task force”. I dug into this and could find nothing on the internet to show that she does in fact sit on a D.O.D. task force. She may, but she also may not. I want more proof than just words. I could not completely write her off though, as she did sit on Trump’s transition team in 2016, and this one is provable.

Fast forward to yesterday, August 6, President Trump re-truthed the segment of Dr. Jan Halper-Hays on GBNews to his Truth Social account, and General Flynn shared Trump’s post of the matter. Interesting development!

To be honest, I was surprised to see this video of what I thought was somewhat clickbaity material shared by Trump.

I then watched the behavior of the community unfold after Trump shared the video. Many people jumped to the conclusion that everything Dr. Halper-Hayes said must be 100% true purely because Trump shared it - you can call me a negative Nancy or you can call me a realistic Ronald, I just want to note here that Trump re-truthing a video is not proof that all the claims made within it are true.

Might be an unpopular opinion, but truth seekers aren’t here for confirmation bias, and they know a logical fallacy when they see one. Fact matter.

I then saw all across my social media feeds people promoting this idea that the "Organic Act of 1871", as it's called, is proof that the United States is registered as a corporation, and this “United States Corporation” that is controlled by the elites and being dismantled, returning power to the people (making a long story short).

This is funny to me, as years ago when I first started waking up around 201 I was heavy into researching the U.S. Corporation/Strawman Accounts/sovereign citizen type information and I was a believer of it for a good time. This was also when I was into the NESARA/GESARA stuff (yup, I fell for that disinfo for a moment). My interest took me elsewhere over the years and I never really brought that topic up when I started my YouTube channel and on other social media accounts since.

But with this topic getting brought to everyone’s attention I decided to dive back in. Over the past couple of days I've been heavily researching this Organic Act of 1871 to see if it really proves that the United States was registered as a corporation, as many so called “truth seeker” claim online.

I came across blog after blog, and a variety of social media posts on platforms like Twitter and Telegram concerning the Organic Act of 1871 but none of them offered direct proof regarding whether it really did establish a US corporation. Blogs and posts like:

None of them offered any sourcing to the 1871 Act and it's words suggesting the US was registered by corporation - it was all circular reasoning and bad evidence presented as undeniable proof. Some of these blogs and posts even suggested that a "secret constitution" was written along with the Act of 1871 to preside over the new “Corporate U.S.”, although none of them could explain where this constitution was located or how we could read it. The evidence was thin, if not nil.

I finally found the text of the Organic Act of 1871 on the library of Congress website and read it. You can do so by going to this link here which contains all the Acts from the 41st session of Congress and scrolling down the page 419 (page 455 of the PDF). The Organic Act is 10 pages long, from 419-429 (455-465 of the PDF).

The Organic act of 1871 creates “a Government for D.C.” as it says in the Act - it has nothing to do with creating a Government for the United States. What it involves is establishing Washington D.C. as a municipality. That’s pretty much it. There were no words concerning a “U.S. Corporation” or secret constitution within it.

There is other information being blown out of proportion and twisted in context to fit this narrative of a U.S. corporation. This Twitter thread has a few examples in it. One being the claim that this webpage listing registered corporations named "the United States Corporation Company" is proof that our country is registered as a corporation. This is not the case. This webpage is a list of various LLCs and personal corporations registered in states cross country. There are a lot of businesses that use the " United States Corporation" name for their purposes - real estate business, appraisal businesses, and more. An example of data having it’s context twisted to support the overarching claim - bad evidence.

Along the same lines, this document here of a “United States Corporation” being incorporated in Florida in 1925 is also alleged by some to be proof that our country is a corporation, but reading this document shows that it’s just the personal business of a dude named Samuel Wood. He wanted to run a real estate business in Florida and called it the “United States Corporation”.

Another detail that constantly seems to be taken out of context and used as proof by proponents of the U.S. corporation theories is 28 U.S. Code § 3002. According to Cornell’s Law website, Line 15 says "United States means – a federal corporation", yet this likely refers to companies being ran by the U.S., state-run entities, not the U.S. being registered as a corporation.

Another example of information being misconstrued regarding the "U.S. corporation" theories unfortunately comes from Lara Logan. She does a lot of great work but she misses the mark with this one. Earlier today she made the below tweet and alleged that the link she shared is an official government record that helps describe the "bankrupt U.S. corporation". Thing is, if you actually read what she linked which I will hyperlink here for your own research purposes, you'll find that it has nothing to do with a U.S. corporation.

What Lara Logan posted is called the Treaty of Washington that occurred in 1871. What it involved was a settlement between the United States and the United Kingdom over fishing disputes and Civil War claims. Maybe Lara Logan was confused on what occurrence during 1871 that people are referring to. In either case, the Organic Act of 1871 nor the Treaty of Washington in 1871 don’t appear to have anything to do with establishing the United States as a corporation.

The Gateway Pundit echoed the same misunderstanding in their report on Dr. Jan Halper-Hayes GBNews segment and wrote that she was referring to the Treaty of Washington, when Dr. Jan Halper-Hayes was actually referring to the Organic Act of 1871. Maybe The Gateway Pundit first reported on it and that’s where Lara saw it. Either way, both of them were misconstruing which 1871 issue the U.S. Corporation proponents are talking about.

I want to make a note really quick on the Space Force idea that is quite viral in the truth seeking movement and that Dr. Jan also touched on in her GBNews video. This one I actually think there might be weight to and entertain theories of. While I'm not jumping to conclusion that "Space Force has it all" since I’m in no position to know, I do think that it is possible that elements of the Space Force could very well be working in conjunction with the NSA and Cyber Command in compartmentalized programs to undo Deep State corruption and fraud mechanisms. Could this be what Trump and Flynn were really trying to point us to by sharing that GBNews segment? And that the corporation/Vatican gold stuff is a red herring that everyone is focusing on? I wonder.

I will lastly touch on the allegation that Dr. Jan made towards the end of her segment that “650 planes were involved in taking our gold from the Vatican”. I was curious where this statement came from and when researching this morning, came across the origination of this claim. It actually stems from none other than "Dr." Charlie Ward himself. In a video he posted to YouTube in August 2020 where he was talking to Mark Attwood, Charlie Ward made the claim that 650 planes took gold from the Vatican to the U.S. and he even went so far as to alledge that he's involved in redistributing that money run the world. Oooookay Charlie. I call bullshit on that one. Logically and logistically, it makes no sense.

I dug deep into his BitChute channel and was able to locate the original video where Charlie Ward claimed this. You can find the 650 plane quote video clip on my Twitter account by clicking here.

What a weird thing for Dr. Jen Halper-Hayes to repeat, especially in a mass media news segment. Where does she get her info and why did she believe that? It appears she may very well be a consumer of Charlie Ward/Derek Johnson-esque clickbait.

Dr. Jan Halper-Hayes assertions about Trump's subpoena power and being able to introduce election fraud evidence into court that she stated during her GBNews segment is 100% on point. I think Trump and Flynn were directing everybody towards the clip to mainly hear these things.

The takeaway here is that just because higher authorities like Trump and Flynn shared her segment doesn't mean that 100% of what she said is true, or that all of her claims are validated just because Trump and Flynn shared it. I think many in the truth movement are jumping to conclusions about these U.S. corporation theories and Vatican bank gold stuff when there is flimsy evidence, if any, to support these particular claims.
