I take it daily, with nano gold added. I love the energy, and my brain can focus on my work! I am 54, so as I age I am noticing things that do not work as well as they used to. I also eat a ketovare diet, nothing processed, no seed oils, etc. and adding MB was just the cherry on top! I also take other supplements, like 30k IU of Vit. D3 with K2 and magnesium. As a woman, I am focused on hormones and vit. D is a hormone, after menopause, my hormones went crazy, I am finally getting them back to normal.

Thanks for sharing your experience Jordan. I also felt increased cognition, esp when combined w/ intermittent fasting. MB is effective since it can cross our blood-brain barrier, which is key when fighting EMF damage, as wireless radiation also penetrates our blood-brain barrier:

Have been using for years. I started to use it because it is in the old pharmacopoeia. If it good enough for fish tanks and pools, figured it was good for the inner water universe.

Today, May 18, 2025, Dr. Breggin sent out an email about methylene blue Sounds like could be very dangerous and I am so glad I read it. Jordan, I thought you may want to be careful about selling this product.

Dr. Peter Breggin is a good psychiatrist, now retired, and he has extensive knowledge of toxicology and drugs.

Emergency notification: methylene blue is highly neurotoxic to your brain and mind

methylene blue is a Monoamine Oxidase Inhibitor (MAOI). As such, it is one of the most toxic agents ever used in medicine and psychiatry, and the mother of the most dangerous drugs used in psychiatry

Hello Jordan, good thoughts.

I'm still using MB since I got a bottle from CS and sometimes in the morning when putting a few drops on my tongue it makes me sneeze, I also noticed mental clarity and I can speak fluidly.

As a student of RayPeat material (RIP Dr. Peat) and member of the forum of biochem students (of all ages) earthwide, who self experimented endlessly and shared---methylene blue was popular. I find it more convenient to put a liquid solution of that SCREAMING BLUE STAINING MBlue, as drops in my bellybutton.
