Most people do not realize that rules, diktats, mandates & similar are not laws. Any judge that upholds them is violating his oath of office & the Constitution. One can sue using "pro se" & civilly sue them & the court system has to help you file the right paperwork & how to properly write your arguments, etc. Mr. High is quite good at it. Small fee compared to lawyers & other benefits.
Welcome to Idaho! I am near the top of the panhandle. More organic growers & nice people that leave you alone, so to speak. ;D We first were trying to move into southern ID from the High Sierras. Down there, it is very hot, has little water & prices 15 yrs ago for property were in the "stupid" range (& got worse recently). I also did not care for the people-climate of those down there. Too many unthinking "normies" that refuse to think beyond their next happy meal & vote for rinos, aka uniparty minions.
