Yes, the Wizard of Oz will invade the U.S. by balloon. It's more likely these were released over US territories than that they floated over the ocean.
I have seen both a geocentric satellite over one military base and a UFO over another. (It's amazing what you see if you sit outside everynight staring at the stars) These are technological based and not otherworldly. As much as I would love to believe in aliens, I also know the US government and military has refused to admit and account to the US public what it has done for our tax dollars for many generations.
